Commissions are payable only on valid, tracked purchases completed through an Epoch-designated Commissionable Channel. Dealer referrals, dealer-locator visits, telephone orders, offline purchases, personal purchases, wholesale orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions are not commissionable unless expressly approved in writing. Affiliates must disclose every website, social-media account, advertising account, email publication, and other method used to promote Epoch. New channels and methods require prior written approval. Epoch may review where links are posted, how products are promoted, traffic sources, advertising tactics, disclosures, and attribution activity. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automatic redirects, invisible links or iframes, adware, browser extensions, coupon-site promotion, leaked discount codes, self-referrals, fake reviews, misleading claims, spam, brand-keyword bidding, unauthorized paid advertising, incentivized traffic, and undisclosed sub-affiliate activity are prohibited. Epoch may suspend tracking or payments during a review and may deny, reverse, offset, or recover commissions generated through an unapproved, undisclosed, deceptive, fraudulent, or prohibited method, even when the transaction was technically tracked. Affiliates must provide requested placement and traffic-source records. Failure to verify a referral source may result in denial of the associated commissions.
